​The Department of Basic Sciences of the Faculty of Dentistry aims to contribute to the development of our students' clinical skills and professional knowledge by providing a strong scientific infrastructure for the dental profession. Basic sciences cover a wide range of disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physiology, microbiology, anatomy, microbiology, biology, chemistry, physiology, physiology, microbiology and anatomy, which form the basis of the modern practice of dentistry. The courses in this department enable students to understand biological systems and basic principles of health and apply them to clinical practice.

Our department not only provides students with theoretical knowledge, but also reinforces their analytical thinking, problem solving and scientific approach through laboratory studies, practical training and research. It also provides our students with a comprehensive perspective on the contribution of basic sciences to dentistry and how to apply them in the clinical field.
